Since this morning, the touch screen on my Vivoactive 3 Music has stopped responding. I can still click the button on the side and the watch responds, so it's really a matter of the touch screen. I restarted the watch using the button (15 seconds off, 1 second on), this did not work.

Heart Rate sensor just stopped working. Robbeans over 5 years ago. Has anyone had this i can still use my chest strap , but the reason i upgraded was for the wrist hr monitor. I've had in 6 months and this is the first major problem I've had. any help would be appreciated. My Vivoactive 3 touch screen freezes. Otherwise the watch works normally. The only way to activate again touch screen is by hard reset. The freezing appears almost every day, or other day with no apparent reason. Sometimes even after hard reset the screen remains unresponsive and I have to hard reset several times before screen starts responding
Hi all, After reseting to watch defaults / factory (using the watch menu) I then reconnected my watch on GarminExpress via USB and Synced (resintall app, watch face etc).
