Ido 3 36 hour fasts per week on Alternate Day Fasting. I am on my 2nd week of ADF after doing 16/8, 18/6 with a 24 hour fast during the week. I find it easy since I've been doing IF since 12/28/19. The 1st week I lost 3 pounds. I eat 120% of my TDEE on up days, Tuesday and Thursday and I try to watch what I eat on weekends. I am also Keto.
