HW: SH06-188K1-B. PN: SH06-18881-K. After CUT and DPF EGR OFF the car make a lot of white smoke on exhaust. Tried Swiftec and manual solutions but the result is same. 4 injectors are brand new and coded - no difference than before. EGR is blanked / coolant side and exhaust side/ because i think coolant is going thru EGR to Intake - no difference.
The engine is quieter than the 2.0 it replaced, but still noisy compared to diesels from BMW, VW, Honda etc. The fuel pressures are fairly high for the wrong reasons, the 185bhp version runs in the mid 30k psi, that's fairly high strung even for a turbo diesel.
